Meet the artist

In the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, she grew up on 3 acres with horses and peafowl. Whiling away her days in the gardens tending to her flowers and rhubarb. Reading under plum trees and musing at art. It was a passion deep rooted in her soul to create art and preserve the world. Upon the loss of six great walnut trees under which she spent her childhood years, she made a pledge. They would not be forgotten. So, she and her family had them milled and waited the long five years upon which it takes to dry. Now years later she uses these trees to foster new memories in her art. And in that spirit, she continues to preserve other memories in trees donated to her cause.
